Jeff is a partner with Mellen,
Smith & Pivoz and joined the firm in
1989. He specializes in business
valuation and litigation support
services. Jeff has prepared
valuations for both litigation and
non-litigation purposes, with a primary
focus on the valuation of closely-held
companies. Jeff has provided
expert testimony on business valuations
subjects at trial, arbitration,
mediation and at depositions. Matters have included
marital dissolution/divorce, gift and
estate tax planning, ownership
succession,
buy-sell agreements, shareholder
disputes and other matters involving
business valuation expertise.
